Who do I contact if I need help?

Your practice serves as the initial Tier 1 support for Medaxion, except for production related issues (i.e. the app is non-functional, print down, etc). 

Please reach out to your practice admin, or super-users, directly for assistance.

Some activities expected to be performed by practice Tier 1 (but not limited to):

  • Manage Users                                                                                  
  • Set User Permissions
  • Add/Update Surgeons
  • Manage Practice Bulletins
  • Create Request Messages
  • Manage Quick Sets and Quick Set Categories
  • Manage Practice Templates
  • Assist users with web UI log in and case edits
  • Manage user password and practice identifier issues/requests
  • Collect and compile practice config/change requests
