Who do I contact if I need help?
Your practice serves as the initial Tier 1 support for Medaxion, except for production related issues (i.e. the app is non-functional, print down, etc).
Please reach out to your practice admin, or super-users, directly for assistance.
Some activities expected to be performed by practice Tier 1 (but not limited to):
- Manage Users
- Set User Permissions
- Add/Update Surgeons
- Manage Practice Bulletins
- Create Request Messages
- Manage Quick Sets and Quick Set Categories
- Manage Practice Templates
- Assist users with web UI log in and case edits
- Manage user password and practice identifier issues/requests
- Collect and compile practice config/change requests
